Content & Safety Policy

1. Fictional Characters Only

Nyxa generates original, fictional characters exclusively. All content is synthesized from text prompts. The platform does not accept photo uploads and does not perform face-swapping or any form of likeness transfer. You cannot generate a real, identifiable person.

2. Strictly Prohibited

The following are prohibited and are blocked at the model level:

• Any depiction of minors. All characters must be adults (18+). Prompts implying a minor — through age, school context, or otherwise — are blocked. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Real, identifiable people. Prompts naming or targeting real individuals, including celebrities and public figures, are blocked. Nyxa does not produce non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or deepfakes of real people.
• Non-consensual themes involving real persons in any form.
• Content that is illegal in the operator's jurisdiction.

3. How We Enforce This

Enforcement operates at multiple layers: input-side prompt filtering that blocks names of real people, minor-related terms and other prohibited inputs; and output-side classification designed to catch and stop disallowed results. Because there is no photo upload, the most common vector for real-person abuse simply does not exist on the platform.

4. Age Restriction

Nyxa is for adults aged 18 and older. By using the service you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

5. Reporting & Removal

If you believe any content violates this policy, contact us immediately via Contact & Removal. We review reports promptly and remove violating content. We cooperate with lawful requests and, where applicable, reporting obligations.
