1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Nyxa. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Nyxa only to generate lawful content depicting fictional adult characters. You must not attempt to generate, and you must not use the service to create, any of the following:

• Content depicting or implying a minor (strictly prohibited; zero tolerance).
• Content depicting, referencing or targeting a real, identifiable person, including public figures.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people.
• Any content illegal in your jurisdiction.

These restrictions are enforced technically and are a condition of use. Violations may result in blocked access and, where appropriate, referral to authorities.

3. Content & Responsibility

All content is AI-generated and fictional. You are responsible for how you use content you generate and for complying with all applicable laws.

4. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated output will meet your expectations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyxa and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
